to book the meeting rooms for meetings

produce an agenda for the Chair to approve or amend

circulate the notice, agenda and papers for meetings

take the minutes of meetings and type them up

copy the minutes and send them to all members and observers,
all branch secretaries and to the OUSA General Manager at least

receive and reply to correspondence on behalf of the Regional
Forum
-
maintain an accurate and uptodate mailing list of members,
observers, branch secretaries and points of contact
-
deal with OUSA Conference matters on behalf of the Regional
Forum
-
keep all Regional Forum records safe and available for inspection
-
keep OUSA Office and the University's Regional Office informed
of all changes to post holder details within the Regional Forum
-
work with the Communications Officer to ensure that all
relevant information is passed on to branches
-
act as secretary to the RF Management Subcommittee
