take responsibility for the financial affairs of the Regional
Forum

provide a financial report to each Regional Forum meeting
-
advise the Regional Forum on the financial effects of proposed
events and expenditure
-
ensure that all expense claims, invoices and other bills,
which are correctly and properly presented, are settled, as far as is possible,
without delay
-
ensure that all bank accounts are reconciled on a regular
basis
-
submit quarterly statements to Vice President Finance by
the required date
-
in conjunction with the management Sub Committee prepare
a budget for the Regional Forum for the financial year
-
submit end of year accounts to Vice President Finance by
the required date
-
claim any grants due to the Regional Forum
-
ensure that the financial records are maintained so that
they are as up to date as possible
-
liase with other Regional Forum Post holders where finance
is involved (e.g. Residential Schools)
